Start a simple bathroom project

You know it’s time to tile a bathroom when it’s looking tired and dated. Has it been a while since you decorated your bathroom? Maybe you still have the tiles from the previous owner. Changing your tiles and playing with the colour or grout contrast can really revive the space and is very of the moment.

Check out my tips for adding colour to your bathroom.

Paint your kitchen cabinets

Interior projects, especially in the kitchen can be expensive. Rather than buying whole new kitchen cabinets, given them a refresh with a few coats of paint and some new fittings.

I personally recommend using Frenchic paints, they have a large range of easy to use colours, ranging from soft neutrals to bold colours. If you’re a complete DIY novice like me, son’t worry. They have really useful tutorials so that you know exactly what you need to get the job done.

Glam up your garden

Above and beyond general garden maintenance like weeding or cutting the grass, there are some small touches you can add to make your outside space more fun.

Add solar powered sting lights so you can enjoy your garden into the evening.

Paint garden fencing to brighten up a small space. Pick a colour theme, so that you can create an accent wall that will make your garden furniture pop.

Accessorise your garden furniture the waterproof cushions and sturdy reusable plastic garden crockery for entertaining or even a garden rug.
